hey man, your stuf looks good. at this point its just refining things here and there. and make sure you check your structure on the designs. if you do a flat design then structure isnt an issue, but from the looks if it you have some form in your design. i would say to find your center lines and make sure things are wrapping around the form, like the clothes etc.
also, things seem a little lumpy in spots, like you're not sure what line to pick. try and limit the luminess and streamline some of the shapes.
last thing would be to look at refference, some of the designs are starting to look generic.
